Clone REA1029 recognizes the H-2Kk antigen, which is expressed on mouse MHC class I+ cells of H-2Kk haplotype and cells transfected with pMACS Kk.II using, for example, the MACSelect Kk - Transfected Cell Selection Kits. In the immune system H-2Kk plays a role in the presentation of foreign antigens. | Additional information: Clone REA1029 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
