DescriptionMcl-1 pS159 Antibody, anti-human/mouse, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA924 recognizes the human and mouse protein Mcl-1 phosphorylated at serine 159 (pS159). Myeloid cell leukemia-1 (Mcl-1), also known as BCL2L3, is a member of the Bcl-2 family of regulator proteins, which play an important role in the regulation of apoptosis. The two isoforms of Mcl-1 regulate cell survival and apoptosis by inhibiting apoptosis and promotion of apoptosis and death-inducing. Mcl-1 is primarily found in the outer membrane of mitochondria and mainly expressed in programmed myeloid cell differentiation. | Additional information: Clone REA924 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
