DescriptionCyclin A2 Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA951 recognizes the human protein cyclin A2, which belongs to the cyclin family, that members function as regulators for the activity of the cyclin-dependent protein kinases. Cyclin A plays a role in the regulation of the cell cycle and is important for S and M phase, thus cyclin A is used as a marker for actively proliferating cells and for cells in S phase. It is found in dividing cells, e.g., several leukemic cell lines as well as in testis and brain. Clone REA951 does not cross-react with other cyclins or cyclin A1. | Additional information: Clone REA951 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
