Description | CD49e Antibody, anti-mouse, Vio® Bright B515, REAfinity™. Clone REA1183 recognizes mouse CD49e, also known as integrin α5, which interacts with integrin β1 (CD29) to form the heterodimer VLA-5, the fibronectin receptor. It is expressed on activated T cells, thymocytes, mast cells, and splenic B cells and plays a role in cell-surface mediated signaling and in adhesion. | Additional information: Clone REA1183 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. | |
