| Description | CD16/CD32 Antibody, anti-mouse, APC, REAlease®. Clone REAL370 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD16/CD32 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAlease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL370 recognizes a shared epitope common to the human CD16 and CD32 antigens. CD16 and CD32 are also known as FcγIII and FcγII, respectively, and bind to epitopes located in the constant region domain of IgG. CD16 and CD32 are predominantly expressed on cells of hematopoietic lineages, including B cells, monocytes, NK cells, granulocytes, and dendritic cells. They are also found on hematopoietic progenitor cells, where they appear to play a role in T and B cell development. | The REAlease Kits consist of the respective fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes and the REAlease Support Kit for removal of the REAlease Complexes and optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAlease Complexes. |
