Description | CD301 (CLEC10A) Antibody, anti-mouse, PE-Vio® 770, REAfinity™. Clone REA687 recognizes the mouse CD301 (CLEC10A) antigen, which is a 40 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by immature DCs and activated macrophages. Mouse CD301 has two homologue genes, CD301a (MGL1) and CD301b (MGL2). CD301 is a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily which plays a role in cell adhesion, cell-cell signaling, glycoprotein turnover, inflammation, and immune response. CD301 binds in a calcium-dependent manner to terminal galactose and N-acetylgalactosamine units, linked to serine or threonine. | Additional information: Clone REA687 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
