Description | CD300f (IREM-1) Antibody, anti-human, FITC. The monoclonal antibody UP-D2 reacts with human CD300f, also known as immune receptor expressed by myeloid cell 1 (IREM-1) which is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein member of the CD300 family. It is expressed on myeloid cells and in peripheral blood on monocytes and granulocytes. IREM-1 binds the p85α regulatory subunit of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) and can enhance phagocytosis of apoptotic cells. |
