Description | EGR-1 Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA799 recognizes the human transcriptional regulator EGR-1 (early growth response protein 1), also known as ZENK or ZNF225. EGR-1 is a member of the EGR family of Cys2His2-type zinc finger transcription factors. EGR-1 induces the transcription of target genes whose products are important for mitogenesis and differentiation. EGR-1 is found in various types of tissues, e.g. in the brain. | Additional information: Clone REA799 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
