Description | CD58 (LFA-3) Antibody, anti-human, Biotin. The monoclonal antibody TS2/9 recognizes human CD58, a 45-70 kDa cell surface molecule which is a member of the immunoglobin superfamily. It is expressed on professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs) such as B cells, dendritic cells, macrophages, and epithelial cells as well as on T cells, monocytes, erythrocytes, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts. LFA-3 interacts with CD2 on T cells and is important for interaction between T cells and professional APCs. |
