Description | CD336 (NKp44) Antibody, anti-human, PE-Vio® 770. Clone 2.29 recognizes the CD336 antigen, also known as NKp44. CD336 is a member of the natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) family which trigger cytotoxicity in natural killer (NK) cells. CD336 is directly involved in target cell recognition and lysis and is only expressed by activated NK cells, e.g., NK cells cultured in the presence of interleukin 2 (IL-2). Freshly isolated, resting NK cells do not express CD336 (Nkp44). |
