| Description | β-Tubulin Antibody, anti-human, FITC, REAdye_lease™. Clone REAL1295 is an antibody fragment derived from the full β-Tubulin antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL1295 recognizes the β-Tubulin, a globular protein, which builds in combination with α-Tubulin dynamic microtubules. Tubulin is the major component of the eukaryotic cytoskeleton, which is involved in mitosis, cytokinesis, intracellular transport of vesicles and organelles, and DNA segregation. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). | |
