Description | CD11c Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAdye_lease™. Clone REAL114 is an antibody fragment derived from the full CD11c antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL114 recognizes the mouse CD11c antigen, also known as Integrin αX or Itgax. CD11c is a receptor for fibrinogen. It mediates cell-cell interaction during inflammatory responses and is involved in monocyte adhesion and chemotaxis. CD11c is present in dendritic cells in lymphoid organs and blood, in Langerhans cells in the epidermis, in dendritic cell progenitors in the bone marrow, and in in vitro generated bone marrow-derived dendritic cells. It is also expressed in spleen and lymph node, and weakly expressed on NK cells, B cells, and T cell subsets. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). | |
