Description | Annexin I Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA1122 recognizes the human Annexin I anti-inflammatory protein, also known as Calpactin II or Lipocortin-1, which plays an essential role in innate immunity. Annexin I is a Ca2+-dependent phospholipid-binding protein, which is found in resting neutrophils, T-cells, extracellular vesicles in blood serum from patients with inflammatory bowel disease, placenta and liver. | Additional information: Clone REA1122 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
