Description | CD321 (JAM1) Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA854 recognizes the mouse CD321 antigen, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein containing two extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains. CD321 is a receptor molecule also known as junctional adhesion molecule 1 (JAM1) and is expressed on some epithelial cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells. It is involved in regulating monocyte transmigration as well as in the organization and function of antigen-presenting cells. Furthermore, CD321 acts as a ligand for the integrin LFA1, which plays a role in leukocyte transmigration. | Additional information: Clone REA854 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
