Description | Parvalbumin Antibody, anti-human/mouse/rat, Vio® R667, REAfinity™. Clone REA1126 recognizes the human, mouse and rat Parvalbumin, a calcium-binding albumin protein, which plays a role in calcium signaling and in different of physiological processes e.g. cell-cycle regulation, second messenger production, muscle contraction, microtubule organization and vision. Parvalbumin is detected in neostriatal GABAergic neurons, Purkinje cells, stellate and basket cells. | Additional information: Clone REA1126 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
