Description | IL-1β Pro-form Antibody, anti-mouse, PE-Vio® 770, REAfinity™. Clone REA577 recognizes the pro-form of the mouse IL-1β antigen, a proinflammatory cytokine which is a member of the interleukin 1 family expressed by monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. IL-1β is an important mediator of the inflammatory response, and is involved in a different cellular activities, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Clone REA577 does not detect the active form of IL-1β. | Additional information: Clone REA577 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
