Description | ENPP1 Antibody, anti-mouse, PE-Vio® 770, REAfinity™. Clone REA867 recognizes the mouse ENPP1 type II transmembrane glycoprotein, also known as PC-1 (Plasma-cell membrane glycoprotein PC-1) or Ly-41. ENPP1 is mainly found on the surface of antibody-secreting plasma cells and on some subsets of nonlymphoid cells having a 5'-nucleotide phosphodiesterase activity. It is suggested, that ENPP1 plays a role in the regulation of the availability of nucleotide sugars in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi, and the regulation of insulin signaling. | Additional information: Clone REA867 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
