| Description | CD183 (CXCR3) Antibody, anti-mouse, Vio® Bright FITC, REAfinity™. Clone REA724 recognizes the mouse CD183 antigen, also known as CXCR3, a 40 kDa seven-transmembrane protein belonging to the the G protein-coupled receptor family that mediates the proliferation, survival, and angiogenic activity of mesangial cells through a heterotrimeric G protein signaling pathway. CD183 binds the ligands CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 and mediates Ca 2)+ mobilization and chemotaxis. It is expressed on activated T cells, circulating blood T cells, B cells, and NK cells. | Additional information: Clone REA724 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
