Description | CD153 Antibody, anti-mouse, PE. The monoclonal antibody RM153 reacts with mouse CD153 (CD30 ligand), a 40 kDa type II membrane protein belonging to the NGF/TNF superfamily. It is expressed by activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. The interaction between CD30 and CD153 enhance the proliferation of stimulated T cells. In the presence of the RM153 antibody this effect is blocked. In vivo treatment with this antibody is reported to inhibit or delay immune reactions. |
