| Description | BP-1 (Ly-51) Antibody, anti-mouse, PE-Vio® 770, REAfinity™. Clone REA988 recognizes the mouse BP-1 antigen, a 140 kDa transmembrane protein, alsp known as Ly-51. It is expressed on thymic dendritic cells, cortical epithelial cells, and pre-B cells and can be upregulated in the presence of interleukin 7 (IL-7). It has been identified to be an enzyme with aminopeptidase A (APA) activity, so a wide variety of mouse tissue cells which possess APA activity express BP-1. | Additional information: Clone REA988 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
