Description | SIT1 Antibody, anti-human, FITC, REAfinity™. Clone REA864 recognizes the human SIT1 antigen, a disulfide-linked homodimeric glycoprotein also known as SHP2 interacting transmembrane adaptor protein or suppression-inducing transmembrane adapter 1. SIT1 is expressed in lymphocytes and predominantly found in T and B cells as well as in plasma cells. | SIT1 plays a regulatory role in T cell activation and development. In association with Grb2 and SHP2, it is involved in signal transduction. | Additional information: Clone REA864 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
