Description | CD141 (BDCA-3) Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA964 recognizes the mouse CD141 antigen, which is also known as BDCA-3, thrombomodulin, or fetomodulin. CD141 is a type I cell surface glycoprotein expressed mainly on endothelial cells. CD141 functions as a specific endothelial cell receptor for thrombin. This complex cleaves protein C and the thrombin activatable fibrinolysis Inhibitor (TAFI), initiating an anticoagulant pathway. | Additional information: Clone REA964 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
