DescriptionCD183 (CXCR3) Antibody, anti-mouse, PE. The monoclonal antibody CXCR3-173 reacts with mouse CD183, also known as CXCR3, which is a 40 kDa seven-transmembrane protein belonging to the G protein-coupled receptor family. CXCR3 binds the ligands CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 and mediates Ca2+ mobilization and chemotaxis. It is expressed on activated T cells, circulating blood T cells, B cells and NK cells.
