DescriptionVEGFR-1 (Flt-1) Antibody, anti-human, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA569 recognizes the human VEGFR-1 antigen, also known as Flt-1, belonging to the class III subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases. Vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGFs) stimulate cellular responses by binding to tyrosine kinase receptors on the cell surface, causing them to dimerize, and become activated through transphosphorylation. VEGFs are produced by endothelial, hematopoietic, and stromal cells in response to hypoxia and upon stimulation by growth factors such as transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β), interleukins, or platelet-derived growth factors (PDGFs). | Additional information: Clone REA569 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors | | | |
