Description | CD202b (TIE-2) Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA735 recognizes the CD202b antigen, also known as TIE-2 or TEK. CD202b is a tyrosine-protein kinase which is mainly expressed in endothelial cells and their progenitors. CD202b is a cell-surface receptor for angiopoietins and is involved in angiogenesis, endothelial cell survival, proliferation, migration, adhesion and cell spreading, and re-organization of the actin cytoskeleton. | Additional information: Clone REA735 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
