DescriptionLy-6C Antibody, anti-mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA796 recognizes the mouse Ly-6C antigen, which is a 14-17 kDa GPI-linked cell surface antigen that belongs to the Ly-6 family of murine surface glycoproteins. It is expressed on monocytes in the bone marrow and shortly after their migration into the circulation. Moreover, Ly-6C is expressed on memory T cells and CD11lowCD45R(B220)+ mPDCA1+ plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) in different organs. | Additional information: Clone REA796 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
