Description | CD16/CD32 Antibody, anti-mouse, APC-Vio® 770, REAfinity™. Clone REA377 recognizes a shared epitope common to the human CD16 and CD32 antigens. CD16 and CD32 are also known as FcγIII and FcγII, respectively, and bind to epitopes located in the constant region domain of IgG. CD16 and CD32 are predominantly expressed on cells of hematopoietic lineages, including B cells, monocytes, NK cells, granulocytes, and dendritic cells. They are also found on hematopoietic progenitor cells, where they appear to play a role in T and B cell development. | Additional information: Clone REA377 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
