Description | FoxP1 Antibody, anti-human/mouse, PE, REAfinity™. Clone REA682 recognizes the human and mouse transcription repressor FoxP1, also known as forkhead box protein P1. It is involved in the specification and differentiation of lung, brain, thymus, and heart epithelium and is an essential transcriptional regulator of B cell development. FoxP1 is expressed in different tissues, e.g., tonsil, spleen, thymus, epithelium, kidney, blood, and motor neurons. | Additional information: Clone REA682 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
