DescriptionCD231 (TALLA) Antibody, anti-human, PE-Vio® 615, REAfinity™. Clone REA1191 recognizes the human 150 kDa glycoprotein CD231 also known as T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia specific antigen (TALLA), which is a member of the tetraspanin family. CD231 is expressed on T cell-type acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) cells, skeletal muscle cells, brain, and spleen. It is reported that TALLA plays a role in integrin-mediated migration and can associate with phosphoinositide 4-kinase. | Additional information: Clone REA1191 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
