Description | CD119 Antibody, anti-mouse, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA189 recognizes the mouse CD119 antigen, a 90 kDa single-pass type I membrane protein which is also known as the alpha chain subunit of the IFN-γ receptor 1. Along with the β chain, CD119 is responsible for IFN-γ binding and also involved in signal transduction via STAT1 activation. Except for mature erythrocytes, expression of CD119 is found on the surface of most murine cells including T and B cells, NK cells, fibroblasts, endothelial, and epithelial cells. | Additional information: Clone REA189 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
