Description | CCL19 (MIP-3β) Antibody, anti-human, Vio® B515, REAfinity™. Clone REA597 recognizes the human CCL19 antigen, which is also known as MIP-3β or ELC (EBI1-ligand chemokine). In general, cytokines are secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. CCL19 induces its effects on its target cells by binding to the chemokine receptor CCR7. The expression of CCL19 is strongly regulated by the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 and is restricted to lymph nodes, thymus, appendix, and spleen. | Additional information: Clone REA597 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
