Description | Bcl-10 Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA1140 recognizes the signaling protein Bcl-10, which is a MALT1 substrate and ubiquitously expressed. Bcl-10, also known as CIPER, CLAP or cCARMEN, plays a role in adaptive immune response. It is able to induce NFκB activation in a NIK-dependent pathway, promotes apoptosis and initiates pro-caspase-9 maturation. | Additional information: Clone REA1140 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
