Description | WT1 Antibody, anti-human/mouse, FITC, REAfinity™. Clone REA925 recognizes the human and mouse WT1 protein, also known as Wilms Tumor Protein 1 or Wilms tumor suppressor protein. WT1 is a transcription factor with four zinc fingers with distinct splicing isoforms. It plays an important role in cellular development and cell survival, especially in the development of the urogenital system. Furthermore, WT1 has a tumor suppressor and oncogenic role in tumor formation. WT1 is mainly expressed in kidney and on a subset of hematopoietic cells. | Additional Information: Clone REA925 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
