Description | CD85i Antibody, anti-human, APC, REAfinity™. Clone REA863 recognizes the human CD85i antigen, an immunoreceptor found on monocytes and B cells and at lower levels on dendritic cells and NK cells. CD85i, also known as LIR-6, is a member of the leukocyte Ig-like receptor family (LIRs or LILRs). Different members of the LILR family act as receptor for class I MHC antigens and may have influence on signaling pathways of both innate and adaptive immune systems. | Additional information: Clone REA862 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
