Description | CD153 Antibody, anti-mouse, Vio® Bright B515, REAfinity™. Clone REA1083 recognizes the mouse CD153 (CD30 ligand) antigen, a 40 kDa type II membrane protein belonging to the NGF/TNF superfamily. It is expressed by activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. The interaction between CD30 and CD153 enhance the proliferation of stimulated T cells but in the presence of the REA1083 antibody this effect is blocked. In vivo treatment with this antibody is reported to inhibit or delay immune reactions. | Additional information: Clone REA1083 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
