Description | CD355 (CRTAM) Antibody, anti-human, PE-Vio® 615, REAfinity™. Clone REA1225 recognizes the human CD355 protein, a class I-restricted T cell-associated molecule (CRTAM). It is expressed on activated class I MHC restricted T cells, including CD8+ T cells and NKT cells and binds nectin-like protein 2 (NecI2). The binding of CRTAM and NecI2 triggers cytotoxity of NK cells and IFN-γ secretion by CD8+ T cells. | Additional information: Clone REA1225 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
