Description | CD268 Antibody, anti-human, Biotin, REAfinity™. Clone REA1115 recognizes the human CD268 antigen, also known as B cell-activating factor receptor (BAFF-R), or BAFF receptor 3 (BR3). It is a 19 kDa type III transmembrane protein which belongs to the TNF receptor superfamily and is mainly expressed on B cells. BAFF-R plays an important role in B cell differentiation and promotes survival and activation of B cells. | Additional information: Clone REA1115 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
