| Description | CD51/CD61 Antibody, anti-human, Vio® Bright B515, REAfinity™. Clone REA1099 recognizes the human heterodimeric complex CD51/CD61, also known as integrin αv/β3. The dimers are expressed on melanoma cells, endothelial cells, on osteoclasts, and in a very low density on platelets. The CD51/CD61 complex mediates adhesion to fibronectin, fibrinogen, vitronectin, thrombospondin, osteopontin, and collagen. | Additional information: Clone REA1099 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
