| Description | TIM-3 Antibody, anti-human, Vio® Bright FITC. The monoclonal antibody F38-2E2 recognizes human cell surface molecule TIM-3, which is expressed on activated T cells, especially T?1 cells, monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. TIM-3 has been proposed to inhibit T?1-mediated immune responses and regulates T?1 and T?17 cytokine secretion. The interaction of TIM-3 and its ligand galectin-9 induces apoptosis of T?1 cells. | |
