| Description | Rabbit anti IFNAR1 (pSer535/pSer539) antibody recognizes IFNAR1, also known as interferon alpha/beta receptor 1, cytokine receptor family 2 member 1 or type I interferon receptor 1, when phosphorylated at serine 535/serine 539. IFNAR1 and IFNAR2 are components of the type I interferon receptor that plays a key role in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway. Phosphorylation of IFNAR1 at serine 535 and 539 is involved in the ubiquitination and degradation of IFNAR1 (Kumar et al. 2004). |
