| Description | This TRAF6 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 314-343 amino acids from the Central region of human TRAF6. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the TNFreceptor associated factor (TRAF) protein family. TRAF proteins areassociated with, and mediate signal transduction from members ofthe TNF receptor superfamily. This protein mediates the signalingnot only from the members of the TNF receptor superfamily, but alsofrom the members of the Toll/IL-1 family.
