| Description | Recognize phosphorylated Akt on serine 473. Not cross-react with the non-phosphorylated Akt. PKB alpha (AKT1) is a member of the PKB family, which is responsive to the cell activation. The anti-PKB aplha antibodies were raised with a peptide based on sequence of human PKB C-terminal and affinity purified with the same peptide on agarose. The affinity purified antibodies were useful for detection the phosphosrylated form of AKT from the cell lysates. |
