| Description | Specificity: CD20 (Human B-lymphocyte-restricted differentiation antigen, Bp35), is a hydrophobic transmembrane protein with a molecular weight of approximately 35 kDa located on pre-B and mature B lymphocytes, and most B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, but is not found on stem cells, pro-B cells, normal plasma cells or other normal tissues. Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD20. Manufactured using a Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the therapeutic antibody 10F381 (rituximab). This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques. |
