| Description | This antibody detects endogenous levels of IGF1R when Phospho occurs at Tyr1161. IGF1R (Insulin Like Growth Factor 1 Receptor) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with IGF1R include Insulin-Like Growth Factor I and Leprechaunism. Among its related pathways are Transcription Androgen Receptor nuclear signaling and p70S6K Signaling. This receptor binds insulin-like growth factor with a high affinity. It has tyrosine kinase activity. The insulin-like growth factor I receptor plays a critical role in transformation events.
