| Description | Specificity: MAb LT95 reacts with surface cell antigen CD95 (MW 45 kDa) otherwise known as Fas/Apo-1 antigen, which plays a role in the cell apoptosis. Working dilution 1:1000. CD95 is found on subsets of human peripheral blood T lymphocytes and on activated T and B lymphocytes. This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research use only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product. |
