| Description | Specificity: AurB Antibody detects endogenous levels of total AurB protein. ARK2, an Aurora/IPL1-like protein kinase, functions in bipolar chromosome orientation, kinetochore assembly, spindle checkpoint and microtubule dynamics, and chromosome condensation and cohesion. ARK2 has been shown to be physically associated with inner centromere protein (INCENP) during mitosis, and activated ARK2 has been shown to phosphorylate histone H3. |
