| Description | Rabbit anti ROBO4 antibody recognizes roundabout homolog 4, also known as magic roundabout and is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and ROBO family. It is predominantly expressed in embryonic or tumor vascular endothelium cells and is considered important for vascular development and as a candidate tumor endothelial marker. Robo proteins provide potential target structures for the anti-tumorigenic and anti-angiogenic therapy of colorectal carcinoma. |
