| Description | This FAF2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 348-377 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human FAF2. The protein encoded by this gene is highly expressed inperipheral blood of patients with atopic dermatitis (AD), comparedto normal individuals. It may play a role in regulating theresistance to apoptosis that is observed in T cells and eosinophilsof AD patients. |
