| Description | This PELI2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 15-43 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human PELI2. Scaffold protein which probably links Toll-like receptors (TLRs) to basic cellular processes via its interaction with the complex containing IRAK kinases and TRAF6. Can activate the MAP (mitogen activated protein) kinase pathway leading to activation of ELK1. Not required for NF-kappa-B activation. |
