| Description | Specificity: Anti-Bonzo (NT2) [Rabbit antibody to peptide corresponding to aa 11-25 at N-terminus of human Bonzo. The sequence of this peptide differs from those of African green monkey and macaque by one or two amino acids, respectively.]. This antibody recognizes human Bonzo (40 kD). Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV) require coreceptors in addition to CD4 to infect target cells.
